Can I customise a bouquet?
Yes. Our Small and Large Candy Bouquets can be customised for the occasion. Personalisation options can vary by design. Designer bouquets may have different rules, so please check the individual product listing.
What sizes are available?
Small bouquets are $90 and Large bouquets are $150.
Does a bouquet include a note card?
Yes. Every bouquet includes a complimentary note card. You can provide a short message for us to write on it.
How long does an order take?
Please allow 48 hours from order confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available within our approved Christchurch-area delivery zone. Delivery is $10. Please check the map on our Delivery page before ordering.
Do I need to provide the recipient's phone number?
Yes. A recipient contact number is required so we can help ensure someone is home to receive the bouquet.
What happens if nobody is home?
A note will be left with a contact number so the recipient can get in touch to arrange delivery.
Can I add a balloon?
Yes. Balloon add-ons are available separately.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Are there limits on customisation requests?
Yes. We cannot accept requests that are unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, or otherwise inappropriate.
